  6. Of all of the catalog, either Mr. Fantasy, which is a true masterpiece of the period or the "Traffic" self-titled second album, are highly recommended over the current American label offerings. The Remastering of the first two albums was done with such care as to not sound to bright or harsh as digital processing has a tendency to do/5().
  7. As good as the original U.K. mono mix of Mr. Fantasy is, it was the first U.S. LP release of Mr. Fantasy, (now reissued here as Heaven) on on U.A. Records which remains the more incredible sounding version. Released in ‘67, the American version of Mr. Fantasy featured an up-to-date Traffic with their first U.S. hit, “Paper Sun”.
  8. Mr. Fantasy seemed like a no-brainer—an album that had to be good. First, I’d been very impressed with Traffic’s album John Barleycorn Must Die and its follow-up, The Low Spark of High Heeled Boys.I also liked Traffic’s debut single, “Paper Sun,” released a few months before Mr. mozethylgierapi.skipciaseiraitantilinasapanrige.co was also the fact that I knew of and liked the title track, “Dear Mr. Fantasy.”.
